Cancellation policy and modifications
To reserve a date, we require a deposit of 25% of the total invoice amount. This reservation blocks a full day in our calendar and prevents us from accepting other events at that time. Added to this are the planning, organization and personalized purchasing stages. The following conditions are in place to ensure a professional, fair and well-prepared service.
Cancellation
30 days or more before the event
The event may be cancelled at no charge. The deposit will be refunded in full.Between 30 and 14 days before the event
The 25% deposit is retained. It covers the work already started as well as the date reservation.Between 14 and 7 days before the event
In case of cancellation, 50% of the total amount will be charged. At this stage, preparations are underway and it is unlikely that I will be able to book another event to replace this date.Less than 7 days before the event
The total amount for the event will be due, even in the event of cancellation, as everything will have already been initiated: orders, production, and organization.
Adjusting the number of guests
Up to 6 days before the event
The number of guests can still be modified without problem. (minimum contract is 1400$ before taxes)Less than 5 days before the event
The number of guests is considered final.
Service start time
We will agree on a start time for the service, which can remain flexible until the morning of the event. Once the time has been confirmed, please ensure that all guests are present and ready at that time.
In the event of a delay beyond the agreed-upon time, we reserve the right to charge $150 per hour to cover the waiting time.
