Cancellation policy and modifications

To reserve a date, we require a deposit of 25% of the total invoice amount. This reservation blocks a full day in our calendar and prevents us from accepting other events at that time. Added to this are the planning, organization and personalized purchasing stages. The following conditions are in place to ensure a professional, fair and well-prepared service.

Cancellation

  • 30 days or more before the event
    The event may be cancelled at no charge. The deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Between 30 and 14 days before the event
    The 25% deposit is retained. It covers the work already started as well as the date reservation.

  • Between 14 and 5 days before the event
    In the event of cancellation, 50% of the total amount will be charged. At this stage, preparations are underway and it is unlikely that I will be able to book another event to replace this date.

  • Less than 5 days before the event
    The full amount of the event will be due, even in the event of cancellation, as everything will have been launched: orders, production and organization.

Adjusting the number of guests

  • Up to 6 days before the event
    The number of guests can still be modified without problem.

  • Less than 5 days before the event
    The number of guests is considered final.
