A portrait of Chef Collin Strohbach at a public market.

Our chef, Collin Strohbach

Born in Germany, Collin discovered at a very young age that cooking was not just a profession, but a passport to the world.

He trained at the prestigious Brillat Savarin school before gaining valuable experience at leading luxury establishments in Dubai, Spain, Switzerland, London (at the famous Scott’s), and Paris. Upon arriving in Quebec in 2013, he was captivated by the vibrant culinary scene. His contributions to the opening of Monarque in 2018, alongside Jérémie Bastien, further solidified his reputation.

In 2024, Collin competed on the Radio-Canada television show "Les Chefs! - L'affrontement".
